Acting as the voice of Truespeed, you’ll ensure every customer has a positive experience when they get in touch, whether by phone, email, social media, or live chat. In This Role, You Will: Handle customer queries across multiple channels in a friendly, timely, and professional manner Take ownership of customer requests and complaints, aiming to resolve issues on first contact wherever possible Support complaint resolution so customers feel listened to, supported, and valued Contact customers to book installations, clearly explain the process, and answer any questions Keep systems and records up to date while sharing knowledge with colleagues Support the wider team with additional tasks to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a friendly, proactive individual who enjoys helping others and delivering excellent service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in resolving customer issues effectively. You’ll bring: Experience in a B2C customer service environment (call centre, retail, or similar) Confidence in handling customer complaints through to resolution Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to explain technical or complex information in a simple, customer-friendly way Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs Empathy, adaptability, and professionalism when supporting a wide range of customers A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to deliver excellent service A positive, approachable mindset and a strong team spirit Why Join Truespeed?
