Conveyancing Locum – 1st to 5th September, Staffordshire, On-site

\nLocation: Staffordshire (Fully Office-Based)
\nRate: Competitive (DOE)
\nStart Date: Monday 1st September 2025
\nDuration: 1 week (until Friday 5th September)

\nWe are working with a respected law firm in Staffordshire who are seeking a Conveyancing Locum to provide holiday cover from 1st to 5th September. This is a great short-term opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team during a period of annual leave.

\nThe Role:
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t
* Office-based position (no remote working)
\n\t
* Managing a residential conveyancing caseload including: Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), Transfers of equity, Remortgages, Title checks and raising/handling enquiries
\n\t
* Ensuring files continue to progress smoothly in the absence of the fee earner
\n\t
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors as needed
\n
\n\n
Requirements:

\n\n
\n\n
\n\t
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
\n\t
* Strong experience managing residential conveyancing files independently
\n\t
* Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
\n\t
* Available for the full assignment (1st–5th September)
\n
\n\n
