Junior Customer Communication Executive – The Access Group
The Access Group is seeking a Junior Customer Communication Executive to join our team. You will help keep customers engaged, informed, and excited about our products, developing customer marketing skills and supporting real campaigns that impact customer experience and growth.

Responsibilities
* Create & deliver communications: Write and develop one-off and multi-touch email campaigns, newsletters, and in-app messages to engage customers effectively.
* Support campaigns & events: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that boost product adoption and customer satisfaction; promote webinars, training sessions, and events to drive attendance and engagement.
* Drive renewals & develop content: Create and execute campaigns using personalized customer portals to drive renewals and upgrades; develop case studies and success stories with customers and internal teams.
* Collaborate, analyze & grow: Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging; gather feedback; track and report campaign performance and business impact (GRR improvement, upsell/x-sell pipeline); gain hands-on experience with marketing tools and analytics.
Qualifications & Skills
* Education & Experience: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desired (or equivalent experience); hospitality experience is a plus.
* Skills: Strong writing, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of marketing principles; eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
* Tool Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo or HubSpot), and design tools (e.g., Canva) is desirable.
* Mindset & Motivation: Proactive, self-driven, and willing to develop professionally while contributing to marketing initiatives.
