Eden Scott is working with a client who are specialist providers of supply chain logistics and services for critical industries.
They are now looking to employ a Sales & Customer Service Executive. In this exciting new role, you will seek and secure new business opportunities whilst maintaining and developing the current customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identify a variety of sales opportunities (Prospects) across all verticals & convert new business.
* Develop & maintain a Sales Target Pipeline on the CRM system.
* Maintain and report all relevant customer information on the CRM system.
* Liaise with operations personnel to identify customer service issues and address appropriately.
* Ensure credit worthiness of customers to ensure they are suitable to do business with and assist with credit control.
Essential Skills:
* Experience of generating new business opportunities and relationship management.
* Demonstratable experience of implementing sales strategies to meet short term and long-term opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Fully proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Driver's licence.
Working pattern is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is predominantly an office-based role, with the opportunity to work one day a week from home after completion of probation.
