To be considered for the position of Social Media Manager, you will offer the following:
* + years' experience in social media, ideally gained in sport, fashion, or lifestyle.
* A proven strategist with the ability to set direction, manage teams, and deliver commercial impact.
* Confident handling senior stakeholders and external agencies.
* Skilled in using analytics and reporting tools to inform decision making.

Responsibilities
* Define and deliver a bold social media strategy that elevates the brand and builds long-term engagement.
* Lead end-to-end campaign development, from idea generation through to execution and optimisation.
* Oversee content creation and publishing across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitch, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
* Build strong relationships with creators, influencers, and partners to extend reach and brand relevance.
* Analyse performance, translating insights into actions to continually refine and improve.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure social is fully aligned with business priorities.
