Our Client
Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed by a brilliant Financial Services business on an urgent Compliance Monitoring 6 Month Fixed Term Contract to help support the compliance monitoring plan.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular monitoring and testing activities within set deadlines, maintaining clear records and audit trails.
* Identify, escalate, and document potential compliance issues or breaches while improving procedures where gaps are found.
* Support the compliance team by managing monitoring related queries and assisting with general compliance inbox management.
Experience Required
* 1-2 years of experience across compliance monitoring.
* Experience across areas such as personal account dealing, gifts and entertainment, and call monitoring also beneficial.
* Ideally will be proficient in using StarCompliance and familiar with systems like Bloomberg and voice recording tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
* Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating with colleagues at all levels across the business.
