Job Description
3. Manage and supervise production activities to meet established targets.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the production floor.
5. Identify and resolve any issues impacting production timelines or quality.
6. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
7. Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal utilisation of materials and labour.
8. Prepare and maintain accurate production reports for senior management.
9. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
10. Motivate and lead the production team to maintain high performance standards.

11. Proactive and Performance-Focused - A results-driven leader with experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
12. Inspiring Manager - Naturally ambitious with the ability to motivate and develop teams, fostering a positive and competitive culture.
13. Qualified and Experienced - Degree-level education in Engineering, Operations or Business, with at least 3 years' management experience in a manufacturing setting.
14. Operationally Excellent - Skilled in resource planning, cost control, and using OEE and performance data to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
15. Clear Communicator - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in appraisals, training, and aligning teams to business goals.
