We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Administration Assistant to join our team at Britannia Hotels Head Office located in Hale Barns just outside of Altrincham. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, office based.
Your duties will include:
Carrying out general administrative tasks.
Responding to email and telephone enquiries.
Inputting collected information onto spreadsheets.
Organising filing systems and updating office databases
Providing assistance and support across various areas of the business as needed.
Desirable Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to Priories tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Desirable Experience
Previous experience in a office-based role and or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
This role will suit someone with hospitality experience who is looking for a Monday to Friday working week or someone currently working in an office. The successful applicant will be organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to support the day-to-day needs of a varied and busy head-office environment.
