Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety processes, promoting a safety-first culture throughout all activities.
* Manage the project Document Management System(s), overseeing the flow of information, including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining data accuracy. All activities must meet internal and external standards, ensuring proper receipt, checking, monitoring, registration, and distribution of documentation to project teams, clients, supply chains, and contractors.
* Provide professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Lead a team of document controllers and/or assistants when required, developing and implementing procedures and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure alignment between NG Bailey and external document management systems.
* Deliver regular progress reports on document status, including drawings issued, RFI/TQ registers, and technical submission statuses, as per project or contract requirements.
* Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of documentation and drawings, adhering to company and project security protocols.
