We're looking for an Administrator to join our team based at Berrywood Hospital. Location: Berrywood Hospital, Northampton – remote working available with occasional travel to the office required. Hours: 25 hours per week. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
* Managing the helpdesk system for reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring all records are kept up to date.
* Handling financial administration including raising invoices, orders, and running reports for the management team.
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes to support effective communication.
* Maintaining essential records such as training matrices, DBS checks, and work equipment registers.
* Supporting time‑keeping processes and managing uniform and PPE ordering to ensure the team has what they need.
