Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all office areas are well-maintained and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
· General Cleaning:
· - Dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors.
· - Emptying bins and disposing of waste properly.
· - Cleaning and sanitizing office desks, chairs, and workstations.
· - Vacuuming carpets and rugs.
· Restroom Maintenance:
· - Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, and restocking supplies.
· - Ensuring restrooms remain hygienic and presentable.
· Kitchen/Break Area Cleaning:
· - Wiping down surfaces, cleaning sinks, and disposing of food waste.
· - Ensuring coffee machines and communal appliances are tidy.
· Windows and Glass Surfaces:
· - Spot-cleaning internal windows and glass partitions as needed.
· Special Attention to Dust:
· - Addressing the additional dust and debris generated by the construction environment.
· Other Duties as Assigned:
· - Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to site management.
· - Adhering to specific cleaning requests from the site or office manager.
Requirements:
Experience:
· - Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in construction or office environments.
Skills:
· - Knowledge of cleaning supplies and proper usage.
· - Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
Physical Demands:
· - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
Safety Awareness:
· - Understanding of health and safety standards on construction sites.
· - Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Flexibility:
· - Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.

Additional Information:

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
