Job Description:
The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby would be the ideal locations.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives. Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, they will manage all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning, implementing activities, reviewing results, and adjusting plans accordingly.
The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to Spine Surgeons, decision-makers in clinical and non-clinical roles, and supporting customer acquisition through technical expertise in the territory.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, demonstrate, and sell spine products into NHS and private hospitals.
* Achieve sales results aligned with monthly and annual targets and KPIs.
* Sell and demonstrate medical equipment within theatre and clinical environments.
* Conduct trials and evaluations of products to drive sales.
* Provide outstanding customer service and support customer acquisition efforts.
* Develop and execute an effective sales business plan.
* Manage resources, including consignment stock, across hospitals.
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers, including surgeons and hospital staff.
* Organize and conduct training workshops for surgical and theatre staff.
* Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales activities and market conditions.
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders in the territory.
* Ensure all activities comply with ethical and legal standards.
* Liaise with other company functions to meet sales objectives.
* Spend approximately 80% of time in theatre environments.
* Perform other relevant duties as requested.
