Overview
Enterprise Mobility is inviting a Trainee Accountant/Accounts Payable Assistant to join our European Corporate Headquarters in Egham, Surrey. In this role you will work within the Finance department, processing payments, reconciling invoices, and providing excellent customer service. You will also have the opportunity to study for a professional accounting qualification.
Responsibilities
* Process vendor invoices
* Issue cheques
* Reconciling vendor statements
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve payment queries
* Car sales receipting
* Process journals and accruals
* Identify areas to reduce costs and improve processes
* Ad‑hoc reporting and analysis
Qualifications
* Intermediate or above experience in Microsoft Excel
* Extremely organised and efficient
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Focused on providing excellent customer service
Hours & Location
40 per week, Flexible working – Minimum 3 days in the office per week.

Salary
£26,100 plus study support after 90 days (AAT/CIMA/ACCA).
