Murray McIntosh are currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to work on a permanent basis for a key client of ours as detailed below:
Responsibilities & required experience
* Experience producing electrical designs, layouts and analysis of electrical systems
* Experience in the design and manufacture of complex electrical systems.
* Conduct testing, validation, and qualification of electrical systems under military operating conditions to verify reliability, durability, and mission–readiness
* Produce and approve detailed technical documentation, including schematics, design reports, test plans, and certification evidence
* Proficient with using electrical CAD software (Zuken E3 would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite)
* Produce and approve schematics, design reports, test plans, and certification evidence
* Previous experience within defence or marine preferred though not essential
