With upcoming expansion plans in Glasgow, Di Maggio's Restaurant Group are now looking for talented duty managers and supervisors to join our teams.
Our brands include Di Maggio's, Cafe Andaluz, Amarone, Barolo, The Anchor Line, Atlantic Brasserie, The Citizen, Sugo and Paesano.
We task our managers with maintaining high standards of customer service, team morale and health & safety practices within our restaurants and with managing the training & development needs of our teams.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and leading a team with positivity, good humour and expertise. Previous experience in a management position in a busy hospitality venue is required.

On target earnings will vary per restaurant and position, but with generous share of tronc gratuities will be in the range of £38,000 to £45,000 per annum
