The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the commercial management of major civil engineering projects, working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance and ensure successful delivery.
You'll be involved in:
* Contract administration and commercial management
* Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Change control and compensation events
* Subcontract procurement and management
* Building strong relationships with clients and project teams
About You
* Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
* Strong background in highways, or infrastructure projects
* Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC)
* Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Ambitious, driven, and looking to progress within a leading contractor
