Customer Care Advisor - Optical Health and Wellbeing Belfast | £24,800 plus quarterly bonus | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Permanent | After probation, working two days from home and three days office based. Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor to act as the first point of contact for customers, providing solutions, support, and accurate information via a telephone contact centre service. Key Duties: Provide support and accurate information on orders, queries, stock, deliveries, pricing, and promotions. Act as a professional first point of contact, handling interactions efficiently. Deliver call-backs within agreed timelines and log calls accurately. Expedite urgent orders where required. Process orders, POS, and credits on the same day. Monitor and respond to emails daily. Create and manage Salesforce cases with full ownership. Work with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate when needed. Manage customer expectations and provide updates. Answer calls promptly and follow processes. Requirements: Experience in a customer care role. Strong communication and telephone skills. Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team. Organised and proactive approach. IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AS400, or Annapurna. GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics. Optical industry experience preferred.
