Learning Support Assistant (LSA) SEN Secondary Schools – Farnborough £13.75 – £14.20 per hour (from 1st April) Start Date: ASAP Flexible working – Term time only, school hours Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in SEN secondary schools across Farnborough. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs and making a positive difference in their education and wellbeing. The Role: Supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, SEMH and moderate learning difficulties Providing 1:1 and small group support within the classroom Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation Helping to create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment What Teaching Personnel Offer: Competitive hourly pay of £13.75 – £14.20 (from 1st April) Flexible working days to fit around your availability Term time only – school hours Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Opportunities for long-term and permanent placements Compliance Requirements: All applicants must either hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS as part of the registration process.
