Rapidly growing craft spirits brand based in Cornwall, producing premium small-batch gin with a strong sense of provenance and quality. Our products are now served in leading venues across the South West, and we are expanding our team to support this growth.
Location and Reporting
Location: Cornwall & South West England (field-based)
Reports to: Director of Sales and Brand
Purpose
Purpose: To champion the Saint Sithney Distillery brand across the on-trade in Cornwall and the South West – driving brand visibility, listings, perfect‑serve execution and elevated customer experiences. You will be the brand’s regional presence, developing strong relationships, delivering training, executing activations and ensuring the brand is represented consistently in premium venues. We are looking for someone available to start from 1 March 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Build lasting relationships with premium on-trade accounts (bars, hotels, restaurants) and key hospitality stakeholders across the region.
* Deliver brand education covering our story, botanicals, sustainability commitments and perfect‑serve recommendations.
* Plan and host activations (tastings, masterclasses, bartender engagement sessions, launch events).
* Support sales by identifying new listing opportunities, encouraging variant trade‑ups and following‑through on commercial leads.
* Monitor brand execution at outlet level (visibility, serve adoption, pricing, staff knowledge) and report insights back to the wider team.
* Represent Saint Sithney Distillery at industry events, trade shows and consumer‑facing activities.
* Ensure compliance with responsible drinking regulations and promotional standards.
* Independently manage schedules, site visits, and regional travel (occasional evenings/weekends).
* Record activity and opportunities in the Breww CRM system, providing clear follow‑up notes and pipeline progress.
Skills & Experience – Essential
* Minimum 2–3 years on-trade experience OR brand/trade ambassador role within spirits, premium beverages or hospitality supply chain.
* Strong understanding of premium bars and hospitality buying behaviours.
* Genuine passion for gin, spirits heritage, flavour profiles and cocktail culture.
* Excellent people skills – confident presenting, educating and engaging at all levels.
* Track record of building professional relationships and influencing purchasing decisions.
* Motivated, independent, organised – able to manage your own schedule.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
* Commercially aware – you understand the link between brand advocacy and sales outcomes.
* Cocktail experience and WSET qualifications a bonus (not essential).

* Confident, professional and authentic in face-to-face communication.
* Passionate about provenance, Cornish identity, craft production and storytelling.
* Approachable and trusted by bartenders, managers and venue owners.
* Resilient – able to adapt each day to varied locations audiences and event formats.
* Naturally ambassadorial – someone who engages, persuades and inspires.
