Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join in Hammersmith.
What will your responsibilities be?
Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults' needs and risks, developing personalized support plans.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and other agencies to coordinate safeguarding interventions.
Advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable adults, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
Monitor and review support plans regularly to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Respond to safeguarding concerns promptly and effectively, following relevant procedures and protocolsBenefits:

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
