A specialist alternative provision in Tewkesbury is seeking a motivated and resilient Psychology Graduate to support secondary-aged students who face challenges in mainstream education. This role is ideal for aspiring psychologists wanting practical experience within a relationship-focused, therapeutic learning environment.
The Role
Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs and additional learning needs
Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning
Build strong relationships and support reintegration pathways
Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a small specialist settingWhy Apply?
