The Role
Lead the team:
Manage a team of warehouse assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Optimise stock:
Implement efficient stock control strategies, from inbound to outbound.
Ensure accuracy:
Oversee accurate picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Drive efficiency:
Continuously improve warehouse workflows and productivity.
Maintain compliance:
Adhere to ISO9001 standards and health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven leadership:
Experience managing teams and driving results.
Warehouse expertise:
Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles.
Forklift skills:
A valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
