Perform routine and complex investigations for a numerous customers, to include Human Resources, Integrity & Compliance, and all SBG's. You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigative reports based upon findings as a result of your investigation. You will be responsible for preparing training materials based upon identified gaps and act as a subject matter expert and assist in training HR Generalist and other Honeywell employees assigned business conduct investigations.
