As a Senior R&D Project Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless integration of electronics, embedded software, and mechanical design teams, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing R&D projects within electronic OEM companies. Your expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and your ability to navigate the complexities of electronic, software, and mechanical design will be crucial. Strong leadership skills, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, will enable you to effectively manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive project success.
Key responsibilities of the Senior R&D Project Manager include:
* Leading and managing R&D projects from concept through to delivery.
