Full time, Mon - Fri 9 - 5 with 2 late shifts, (11 - 7 Mon and Wed) and 1 x Saturday shift, 9 - 5 per month.

£23,810 per annum, plus bonus and excellent benefits



Do you enjoy delivering great customer service, speaking to people and helping them to understand available health services?

We have an exciting job opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our ever-growing team, where you will be given the scope to deliver and add real value to the organisation. You will be providing inbound and outbound telephone support to GP referred customers on programmes such as the National Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP).

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

* Contact service users following receipt of their referral, you will be promoting the programme and offering assistance and resources, all while providing outstanding customer service.

* Complete initial lifestyle assessments during booking calls and triage for further coaching calls where appropriate.

* Self-manage reporting waiting lists in line with sessions available to offer.

* Handle multiple inbound call queries and register service users on to our programme, being helpful and assisting patients on their journey with us.

* Manage and coordinate bookings of one-to-one and group appointments for service users within the programme.

* Previous experience within customer care, ideally in a call centre, complaints or hospitality environment

* An ability to deal with challenging situations with customers, and provide effective solutions

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* A positive, solutions orientated mindset and approach to work
