The role

At , we are passionate about helping people remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. We are currently looking for caring and reliable Home Care Assistants to become part of our friendly and supportive team across Hampshire and Surrey.

With local branches in Aldershot, Alton, and Camberley/Farnborough, we will place you at the branch most suitable for your location, supporting clients within the surrounding community.

What we offer:

  • Guaranteed contracted hours of 10, 16, 25, or 35 hours per week
  • Flexible shift patterns including:

    • Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm

    • Evening shifts: 4:00pm – 11:00pm
  • Ongoing training and support
  • A rewarding role where you can genuinely make a difference every day

To be eligible, applicants must be available to work at least one evening each week and some alternate weekends.

Please note:

  • Applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle
  • We are unable to offer Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) for this role

The Role:

As a Carer, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey, providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You'll be supported by our experienced care management team to ensure your success and career growth.


Responsibilities:

As a Carer, you will be required to help clients in the community with:

  • Medication
  • Personal Care
  • Meal preparation and nutrition
  • Shopping
  • Arranging and accompanying clients to appointments
  • Companionship
  • Light cleaning duties

  • No previous care experience required - full training provided
