Management Accountant (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Swindon, Wiltshire
This role involves working closely with senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis within a dynamic organization. The position is for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, based in Swindon, Wiltshire, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the finance team to provide clear analysis for decision-making.
* Developing and reporting on financial forecasts, including cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet.
* Preparing historic analyses, KPIs, and variance comparisons.
* Managing two direct reports.
* Conducting area reviews and working with operational teams on financial reporting and scrutiny.
Candidate requirements:
* Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
* Experience in a business-facing finance role.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
