Marketing Assistant
Location:office-based (Bedford)
Salary:£25,400 - £28,000 per annum, DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Your Role at a Glance:
* Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to attract quality leads and help grow the sales pipeline.
* Design compelling campaign assets such as social media imagery, videos and landing page banners.
* Craft captivating social media and email marketing campaigns, working with internal stakeholders to drive forward initiatives.
* Support with internal communication, including a monthly newsletter to all employees.
* Assist in ensuring website content is kept up to date, and making edits to content and imagery when needed.
* Stay current on marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in a marketing-related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience of managing social media platforms for B2B
* A very good knowledge of WordPress or a similar CMS
* Proficiency in Adobe CC or similar, as well as with Microsoft Office
* Experience of using Google Suite (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Proven experience of working in an office environment
* Some experience of design and branding
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* A team player who can get on with everyone, from site operatives to Heads of
