We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily breakfast operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to best practices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and management.
* A passion for culinary arts with the ability to create visually appealing dishes that delight guests.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 25 per week
