Job Description
* Data entry
* Issuing Sales invoices
* Customer Accounts & Credit Control
* Reconcile bank transactions in Xero
* Support Operations Manager on procurement, supplier relations and inventory management
* Reconcile PO’s / Post suppliers’ invoices
* Organising returns for credit / Chasing Credit notes
* Issuing various of reports
Requirements
* Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Good computer skills including preferably Xero, Excel
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
