๐Ÿ’ฐยฃ40k plus bonus


Here at Ignite, weโ€™re partnering with an ambitious, high-growth FMCG start-up looking for a National Account Executive to join the team.


This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to step up and take real ownership. Youโ€™ll support the Head of Sales on major grocery accounts while leading your own portfolio, driving growth, and playing a key role in expanding the brandโ€™s retail footprint.

Itโ€™s hands-on, fast-paced and perfect for someone who wants exposure, responsibility and proper development in a scaling business.


What Youโ€™ll Do


๐Ÿ“ Support the Head of Sales on key national grocery accounts

๐Ÿ“ Own and manage a portfolio of customers with full P&L responsibility

๐Ÿ“ Assist with joint business planning and promotional strategy

๐Ÿ“ Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities and drive rate of sale

๐Ÿ“ Manage forecasting and support supply planning processes

๐Ÿ“ Work cross-functionally with Marketing to execute activations and NPD launches

๐Ÿ“ Drive new business opportunities and secure incremental listings

๐Ÿ“ Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders


What Weโ€™re Looking For


๐Ÿ“ 1 to 3 years FMCG sales or account management experience

๐Ÿ“ Exposure to UK grocery retailers is a strong advantage

๐Ÿ“ Commercially curious and confident working with data

๐Ÿ“ Organised and detail-oriented with strong forecasting skills

๐Ÿ“ Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

๐Ÿ“ Strong communicator with the confidence to build buyer relationships

๐Ÿ“ Passion for challenger brands and high-growth environments
