A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in the Liverpool area is looking for a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their primary team. Your Role: Support small groups of children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Deliver tailored support based on individual needs and abilities. Assist in creating and implementing personalised learning plans. Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals. Take part in training and ongoing professional development. About You: Experience working with children (SEN experience desirable). Understanding of the challenges faced by students with EHCPs. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a proactive attitude. Relevant education or child development qualifications are a plus but not essential.
