This is a brilliant opportunity for a culinary expert to make your mark as the face and ambassador as Head Chef for this acclaimed restaurant with rooms and also a fish deli in the heart of a beautiful sea front Devon town. We are looking for an experienced, professional and enthusiastic Head Chef who would love to lead our kitchen and help drive the whole food offering forward covering all things culinary. Our produce led kitchen truly champions day boat fish, seasonal local ingredients and thoughtful creative menus to wow our clients across breakfast, lunch and dinner. We need a leader who is a natural at inspiring the kitchen team whilst possessing a great eye for detail to ensure all food quality, presentation is great not good! You would be in charge of managing all kitchen operations, building strong and ethical relationship with our suppliers who we have built up an enviable reputation with. All of which you would collaborate with the owner on all menus and the whole culinary direction of the business. Although you would also oversee a fish deli the main seller in the restaurant is locally produced top grade beef.
