* Competitive basic salary of £28,000 with a OTE of £37,600
* Monthly earnings potential of £700 to £800 through commissions and bonuses
* Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch break); Saturday rota of 1 in 3 or 1 in 5

Duties of the Service Advisor:
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and professional experience
* Advising customers on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance plans
* Selling service plans, tyres, brakes, and other vehicle accessories
* Managing workshop workflow and liaising with technicians to ensure timely job completion
* Maintaining accurate records using Kerridge, CDK, RTC, or 1Link software systems
* Contributing to achieving dealership targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or a strong customer service background within the motor trade; Service Advisors from non-motor trade backgrounds may be considered
* Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently
* Knowledge of Kerridge, CDK, RTC, or 1Link software (desirable but not essential)
* Friendly, approachable manner with a focus on delivering top-quality customer care
