The contracts will see our client provide asset and facilities management services for the MOD built estate and repairs and maintenance work. Our client will deliver services which will support the UK's defence capability, maintaining the built estate across more than 200 sites. What will you deliver?
Responsibilities
* Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the Company including but not limited to:
* Plumbing
* Carpentry
* Plastering/tiling
* Brickwork / concrete practice
* Landscaping/fencing
* Painting and Decorating
* You will be front facing with our customers therefor proving professional customer service is key in this role
* To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
* To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
* To be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
* As this is a Ministry of Defence contract successful candidates will be required to go through a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) security check
Qualifications
* Previous trades experience
* Experience working in a trade role
* Knowledge of health and safety standards
* Driving license
This is a permanent role working full time between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 8am - 12pm. On offer is a competitive salary plus the opportunity to do overtime and on-call, a company van, and benefits package.
