As a Demand Planner, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the right products are in the right place, at the right time. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to develop accurate forecasts that support growth and service goals.
Demand Planner – The Job:
* Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and input from internal stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with supply planning, procurement, and commercial teams
* Monitor forecast accuracy and implement improvements
* Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
* Analyse customer trends and seasonal patterns to anticipate changes in demand
Demand Planner – Your Background:
* Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
