Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding Law firm based in Lancashire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full time basis.
If you have experience in Property Law and are looking for a new challenge, Then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.
* Negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients
* Provide great client care at all times and have professional approach
About you/Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.
* A minimum of 3 Year PQE within a commercial property department advising and representing clients on a range of real estate matters
* Good communication skills written and verbal
