We're looking for an Administrator to join our team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the management team with scheduling, documentation, and reporting
* Handling internal communications and coordinating team updates
* Managing supplier orders, deliveries, and stock records
* Assisting with HR admin including onboarding and training records
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing documentation
* Keeping digital and physical records organised and up to date
* Providing general office support and being a go-to for team queries
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within hospitality
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident with Microsoft Office and digital systems
* A calm, positive communicator who enjoys supporting others
