What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering and qualifying prospective tenants Booking and conducting property viewings Negotiating rental offers between landlords and tenants Assisting with tenancy applications and referencing Liaising with landlords, tenants, and property managers Ensuring properties comply with current lettings legislation Maintaining regular communication with clients Meeting and exceeding personal and office targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Significant previous experience in lettings Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills Smart, professional appearance and articulate speech Ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated Local knowledge of Liphook and surrounding area is a plus Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential What's In It For You?
