Cladding Remediation - Projects within London & Home Counties
Our client, a cladding re-mediation specialist, is currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Manager to join their growing team.
They are based in Kent but operate nationally. Projects will be delivered around London & M25. The works they specialise in include cladding remediation, EWI schemes, and decarbonisation projects.
Within this role, day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Writing and building processes for a robust and competent Liaison team
2. Ensuring the correct resident liaison structure is built to deliver cladding remediation schemes
3. Working closely with the director to build the resident liaison function
4. Managing RLOS and building the Resident Liaison Team
5. Being the point of contact for client or tenant inquiries about job updates
6. Owning all complaints and ensuring they are dealt with promptly and effectively
7. Keeping tenants updated on longer planned works and addressing any issues that arise
8. Collaborating with the Contract Manager & Site team to inform the client of issues and handle enquiries
9. Supporting the help-desk with emails from subcontractors and clients daily
10. Visiting tenants when required
11. Carrying out condition and customer satisfaction surveys
12. Arranging and booking appointments/visits to properties
Our client seeks someone with experience as a Senior Resident Liaison Officer or Resident Liaison Manager, strong communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face, and good IT skills. The ability to work within a team and independently is also desired.
