About the role As Senior Bartender, it is your role to support Duty Managers to deliver operational excellence through training and developing a strong team of bar staff, ensuring compliance with licencing, hygiene and health and safety, handling customer enquiries and complaints. You will oversee wet sales to support floor hosts to achieve sales target to improve revenue generation. You will hold regular training sessions with bar staff, ensuring that they are well equipped in product knowledge, customer service, safety and general venue information. Essential Experience in working in a busy bar environment. Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques. Extensive product knowledge of beers, spirits, cocktail menu development. At least 6 months bar tendering experience. Desired Experience in high volume brand equivalent venues. Food safety and hygiene qualifications. Personal License.
