What Youll Be Doing
* Checking and dispensing prescriptions in line with SOPs and company procedures
* Supporting the preparation and organisation of prescriptions for the dispensing process
* Assisting with prescription and order queries
* Working closely with pharmacists and pharmacy colleagues to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Supporting the training and development of team members and new starters
* Maintaining high standards of governance, compliance and confidentiality
* Recording and reporting near misses, complaints and other governance incidents
* Helping to maintain a clean, organised and efficient pharmacy environment
What Were Looking For
* Accredited Checking Dispenser qualification (or willingness to complete the qualification if required)
* Previous experience working within a pharmacy environment
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
* Experience checking prescriptions accurately and efficiently
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence using pharmacy systems and learning new technologies
