We are seeking a qualified Lead Dental Nurse to join a leading orthodontic practice in the North West of England.
* Provide high‑quality patient care and support orthodontic specialists in delivering treatments.
* Conduct surgery inspections, audits, and monitor compliance with infection control, CQC, and HTM standards.
* Manage stock checks, provide staff feedback, and facilitate nurse meetings and training.
* Support team performance, assist with clinical duties, and help ensure smooth practice operations.
* Supervise clinical waste procedures and uphold health and safety standards.
* Assist in training trainee nurses and support the practice manager with improvements.
Requirements include a qualified dental nurse with relevant certifications, strong patient‑care and organisational skills, IT proficiency, and effective communication. A radiography certificate is preferred.
