Responsibilities
* Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products while adhering to traffic regulations.
* Load and unload items, which may involve heavy lifting, ensuring that all goods are handled with care.
* Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle.
* Communicate effectively with warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
* Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries, including invoices and receipts.
Skills
* Previous experience as a delivery driver is highly desirable.
* Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record is essential.
* Experience in commercial driving is advantageous.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations will be beneficial.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading goods.
