The working hours for this position alternate every two weeks: from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM for two weeks, followed by 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM for the next two weeks.
Digital and Marketing Technology Team
The team manages the firm's integrated marketing information systems and digital marketing channels, including websites, email marketing, content libraries, and blogs. They also support core business development and marketing processes like experience collection, contact management, pitching, opportunity management, CV management, event management, client segmentation, and analytics, providing a comprehensive view of client interactions.
The team is based in London, Belfast, New York, Munich, and Sydney, and is part of the global marketing, business development, and communications group.
What you will do
Support workflow and resource allocation to ensure efficient task delivery based on team priorities and skills. Review and update website content for accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO using the Sitecore platform. Act as a support contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance and troubleshooting. Run and analyze performance reports across digital platforms, sharing insights. Collaborate on system upgrades, support projects, and improve processes.

* Understanding of data management and analytics principles.

* Knowledge of SEO principles.

* Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams.
You will stand out if you bring
* Experience with website content management systems, ideally Sitecore.
* Experience with email marketing systems.
* HTML and CSS skills.
* Background in digital assets, websites, and apps.
