The Hoxton, Edinburgh
We can’t wait to open our first UK hotel outside of London…and where better than the characterful capital of Scotland, Edinburgh. We are now looking for a Server/Waiter to join our team and play a crucial part in successfully launching our brand in this new neighbourhood. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping run the day-to-day F&B operations and deliver a friendly service.
The Hox in Edinburgh will boast 214 bedrooms influenced by the Georgian heritage of the building and city (including the introduction of a new room category for the Hox), a main restaurant and big lobby & bar, a large event space and The Apartment - our unique meetings and events concept.
Experience Italian glam and romance at Patatino, our all-day restaurant, designed to capture the essence of long, joyful, and convivial meals shared with friends on a sun-soaked Amalfi coast holiday. Imagine pizza, pasta and a Negroni or two!

What you’ll do…
* Simply put - you’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to the(ir) table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time.
* Work with the F&B team in keeping things running smoothly.
* Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
* Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a Hox welcome, to handling any questions and helping out with requests.
* Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.
