* To champion our product portfolio across every touchpoint — leading engaging training experiences, owning event content strategy, and supporting both sales and marketing in driving product knowledge, adoption, and commercial impact. This role plays a critical part in launching new channels (e.g. TikTok Shop), bringing product launches to life, and representing the brand with energy and credibility across social, field, and live platforms
Responsibilities of the role
* Field & Channel Training Lead: Own and deliver all training across field and digital channels — ensuring consistent, high-impact content that educates, energises, and drives action.
* Product & Channel Expertise: Be a subject-matter expert on all products, including emerging commerce platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop), translating features into commercial benefits and training narratives that support product sell-through.
* Innovative Training Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging training formats (live, virtual, social-first, LMS-based) that support sales performance, retention, and brand values — with a particular focus on product launches, events, and key commercial campaigns.
* LMS & Onboarding Owner: Drive continued adoption and optimisation of the LMS system (Community & Entrepreneurship) and own the new Brand Partner onboarding experience — creating a best-in-class journey that inspires action and builds confidence.
* Events Content Owner: Fully own the content strategy, design and delivery for all field and brand events — from intimate VIP sessions to 500+ attendee activations. Ensure pre, during, and post-event content supports key launches and sales goals.
* Sales & Marketing Partner: Work closely with both Sales and Marketing teams to co-create training strategies that support sell-in/sell-through, campaign launches, and commercial objectives — ensuring alignment 3 campaigns in advance.
* Creator & Social Enablement: Support the creation of training and enablement content for social selling — including UGC guidance, influencer training packs, and live demos to support TikTok Shop and other DTC/social commerce platforms.
* Community Engagement: Inspire and engage in the field and Brand Partner community — driving training completions, onboarding success, and KPI achievement through motivating, credible delivery.
* Global Integration: Stay connected with global training and business development initiatives — ensuring alignment and innovation are embedded into local strategies and shared with Sales & Marketing.
* Content Development: Lead development of field communications templates (calls, meetings, development journeys) in collaboration with sales and global — always ensuring they drive commercial impact.
* Performance & Opportunity Tracking: Monitor training performance and test new formats/channels in line with being an incubated market — sharing insights and new opportunities with Head of Sales in weekly/monthly reviews.
* UGC & Success Story Champion: Collaborate with PR and Marketing to collect and share success stories, user-generated content, and field wins — spotlighting impact and inspiring wider engagement.
Background, Education and Qualifications for the role
* Passion for products, ideally with a background in beauty and wellbeing
* Experience in direct sales or social selling environments
* Strong presenter, communicator, and event facilitator
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and LMS systems
* Experience with TikTok, social-first commerce, or emerging digital channels is a plus
* Confident working cross-functionally across sales teams, product and marketing
