Overview
IgniteTech is seeking a visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead GenAI capabilities across a 100+ B2B product portfolio. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on shaping a GenAI-first strategy to drive customer retention and product innovation in enterprise software.
What You Will Be Doing
* Develop comprehensive AI Opportunity Matrices that evaluate and rank customer challenges based on AI feasibility, business impact, and risk factors to guide development priorities
* Craft evolutionary product roadmaps transitioning offerings from current capabilities to AI-enhanced futures, balancing quick wins with transformative long-term features
* Create detailed AI feature specifications with robust user stories, acceptance criteria, performance standards, and failsafe mechanisms for exceptional user experiences
* Conduct thorough customer segment analysis to identify adoption barriers and develop targeted enablement strategies that accelerate AI feature implementation

* Navigating layers of bureaucracy or micromanagement that stifle your autonomy
* Implementing technical solutions in isolation without customer insights or alignment with IgniteTech's strategy
Head Of Artificial Intelligence Key Responsibilities
* Spearheading the integration of Generative AI capabilities across the product portfolio to drive measurable increases in customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Basic Requirements
* Proven track record delivering at least 2 production-ready products or significant features with AI/ML as core functionality
* Experience managing AI-enabled products through full lifecycle from concept to scaled deployment
* Substantial experience in product leadership collaborating with data science teams and ML engineers

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is contracted through Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours/week and 50 weeks/year. Payment is weekly. For details, visit www.crossover.com/help-and-faqs.
