An opportunity has arisen to join our existing team as an HR Assistant. As a central point of contact to provide full range of HR guidance and support to department managers, staff, and staff-side representatives across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Provide full range of HR guidance and support to department managers, staff, and staff-side representatives across the organisation.
* Act as a central point of contact for HR advice across a range of issues such as employee relations, employment legislation, equal opportunities, and employee development.
* Promote high‑quality practice in all HR areas.
Qualifications
* Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent HR experience.
* Experience in providing HR advice and support across employee relations, employment legislation, equal opportunities, and employee development.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
* People‑management skills and a creative, solution‑focused approach.
