Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients and clients
Manage a varied caseload, including consultations and routine surgeries
Confidently handle sole charge days with support always available
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain excellent standards of patient care
Contribute new ideas to enhance services and the client experience
Play an active role in developing and improving the practice
What Theyre Looking For MRCVS-qualified veterinary surgeon
Confident with routine procedures and sole charge work
A minimum of 2+ years of small animal practice experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for veterinary care
An interest in leadership, mentoring, or clinical development is welcomed
Whats on Offer Salary: £55,000 £70,000 (commensurate with experience)
Hours: 4-day working week (9am7pm) with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings only (9am12pm)
No out-of-hours or on-call duties enjoy your evenings, Sundays, and bank holidays off
